@Sandeep: Yes I have heard of this place, a lot actually. Never been there, should go! Nandi Hills is more of an easy-go place, involving zero trekking, which can infact be good sometimes :)

It was too gud…the bright red sun rising and the clouds turning silver n gold…Sehr schon..(not sure of the spelling)
The photos have come out well, but as u said what we saw was much more beautiful…

T’was a good feeling actually….watching the sun ascend to mark the beginning of 23 April 2009. :-)

And as you rightly said, it was more b’ful than what the photos could capture…:-)

me havent been @ nandi hills for sunrise. sounds like a good idea :)

there is another peak in the nandi hills ranges called skandagiri aka kalavaarahalli betta, which is thronged on weekend nights by visitors, waiting for the sunrise view.
